Whether or not you need the bio fathers permission at this point is not important. The problem here is your boyfriend. He is just your boyfriend. He has no legal commitment to you would he really want a legal commitment to a child that is not his since you are not married. Wait until you marry your boyfriend. Once he is your husband he can contact an attorney who deals with adoption to help you with this matter.
