I work in a vitamin shop, I love being surrounded by nutrition and supplements all day! And I love love love helping people but I need to help myself! I want to take a good multi vitamin, omega 3 and digestive enzyme. I have taken different kinds of each thing, but I'm just wondering where can I find out what the best brand is for me? And my specific needs? Or if it just varies because of my choice, I also want to find out other vitamins that I may be lacking. I currently am taking CLA which I love, grapeseed extract, flaxseed and I'm scrounging up some money for a multi so please let me know what would be best! And any good vita-sites that I could look up for future questions!

It is best to take capsules, gels or liquid form.
Most store brands are junk. Even the better brands contain fillers and binders like magnesium sterate that aren't good for you.
Qnlabs makes the best purest form of supplements.
I can try and help you figure out what all you should take if you let me know a little more about what you are looking for.
I take my energy & memory vitamins in the morning.
Digestive enzymes, probiotics and anything for digestion with each meal.
I take potassium, 300 mg magnesium, 600 mg calcium and vitamin D3 at bedtime
Everything else I take throughout the day.
I will try to add links when I get back.
