I am male 26, tall, slim(may be under weight),
My problem is that
When my penis is erected,just after few minutes(1 or 2) it leaks saliva like liquid(may be pre ).
And I do not last longer(just about 5 mins).
Whether I am only misunderstanding it as a problem or it is real?
Please guide me to identify my problem.

Yes as you said duration is 5 minutes. From beginning to end if I continues with it.
I am unmarried and may be marrying in one year and that's make me worried about this time duration.
Any suggestion please.

You can always find other ways to please your partner. Pay attention to her needs before you get yours and then you'll know she's satisfied and the actual time won't matter.
