Yes, that's healthy. Most fitness trainers would set your goal to 2 pounds a week. It's not healthy to lose it very fast, which is why they recommend 2 lbs. a week instead of 10.
Eating a balanced diet (your body type also plays a factor in this--I would go to the gym and see what they say; different body types need more or less of certain types of foods!), drinking a lot of water (sometimes our stomach growls when we're thirsty, not hungry!), and getting regular exercise of about 3 days a week! If you do this, you should see some results!
I would suggest a workout buddy, too, to keep you motivated and focused on your goals!

That's a lot of weight to lose in 2 weeks, and not very healthy. I would suggest pushing your goal back a little bit, like a month or so. That way, your body can adjust to the weight that's being lost, and it doesn't take drastic measures (like starving yourself!).
You seem to be on the right track, although your body can easily get used to your exercise routine if you've been walking 4 laps everyday for a long period. Switch it up a bit, and you'll see results faster! If you just started, though, I would wait until you can do this easily without fatiguing before stepping it up!
Sometimes our bodies growl because we dehydrated, and sometimes because we're hungry. I would suggest always having a water bottle and a piece of fruit (or roasted nuts!) in case either strikes.
Reducing calories is good, but don't starve yourself! Remember to eat healthy foods that include a lot of protein and fiber. Don't forget your veggies and fruits! Also, I would suggest drinking milk to help with the bones, or even soy milk!
It may take a little time, but you'll get there!
Good luck!
