Ok a friend and I have a fall out now he is threatening me threw text telling me how he has a copy of a my house key and will send a pic of it to my phone and that he is going to beat me up or have his female or male gay friends beat me etc. At this point it is getting out of hand and it needs to stop now what do I do??

Take your phone and messages to your local police department, they will be able to advise you on the way to go, most likely a restraining order.

Also change the locks.
