The 9th of June? If you are pregnant, and have a possible positive result on a pregnancy test, you may have already been pregnant before the period.

If you happen to ovulate early in a cycle, you could have had an accurate result already with a June 9 period. Did you read the result in the time required? If you look at it after that time it may not be accurate. If it was within the time, you very well may be pregnant, just very early which can result in a faint line.

Maybe give it another week and try another test at that time. If you are pregnant, you should see a more definite positive.

Ahhh, just answered my question. It's possible, but again since the line was very faint... try another test after several more days. Good luck!

If your periods are irregular, you won't be able to use them as a guide as to when you might ovulate. You'll have to use other means. Some women use ovulation predictor kits... they can be costly however since you would need to use a fair number of them. You can get them online and pay less than you would in shops.

Watching for changes in your discharge may help. When your body is preparing for ovulation you usually will notice the dischcarge becomes more abundant, clear, and fluid. Most women will notice this external, and it usually is pretty obvious, but some women will have to check internally for changes.

If you are comfortable with it, you can also check the feel and position of your cervix at different times of each month. When you are getting closer to ovulation, your cervix will move higher up and be more difficult to reach, it will become softer, and may feel slightly open. Other times of the month it will be lower, easy to reach, closed, and firm.

There are other methods as well, such as temping/charting, but that one may be more difficult since you don't have regular cycles.

You can always speak with your doctor about it as well. They may suggest either birth control pills for a time, which sometimes will help regulate your cycle, or perhaps something like vitex, also known as angus castus or chasteberry tea. This helps some women will irregular cycles.
