Is there a statue of limitations for a felony in the state of oregon.
assested in april 04 accused of crime in 03 been under doctor care sence 05 so was unable to travel to oregon. live in another state awating liver transplant. court would not pospone court date so went to warrant in sept. 08.

If it's anything like Ohio then it depends on what the crime was.

Hello c:

Once you are arrested and charged, the statute of limitations isn't in effect. If a warrant was issued, it never goes away.

Are you saying that you missed a court date, an arrest warrant has been issued for failure to appear, and you want to know if there's a SOL for it?

No. The warrant goes away when you go into police custody.
