I have a diamond ring that has 1 diamond and then 6 smaller diamonds coming down from either side. The marking says 18kgersc. What does this mean.

Doing a search turned up nil on the designation l8kgersc. Of course, l8k is the designation for the gold content in the ring, ordinarily nothing would appear regarding the diamonds (if real). I suggest you take the ring to a jeweller if you want it appraised as to diamond size and quality, etc.

18K is the measurement for the purity of gold.
GE stands for Gold Electroplate which means that gold is electroplated on to another metal.
RSC (possibly) stands for the initials of the designer.
