This is all I can remember... It played on Starz or Encore all of the time late 80's early 90's time... War movie, but was centered around a family. What I can remember is that there were 2 siblings, a younger boy and an older sister. The part that stands out the most in my mind is when the sister draws on lines of the back of her legs to look like pantyhose.
