Hi,
Can anyone tell me what type of art this is? Is it an etching? Or an engraving? A block print? I can't tell! There is an indented boarder that runs all the way round it, but don't all these types of art listed above leave that impressed boarder all the way around?

Also I know this is Neuschwanstein Castle but only from looking at the picture itself. I'm pretty sure that the writing in the lower left corner says "Neuschwanstein" But I can't read the artist signature. Can anyone help identify the name?

It is an etching and was done using a printing press. I can't help you with the artist, though.

It is absolutely gorgeous, though. Good luck on finding the artist, and hopefully more of their work.
