I am having Trouble with a Builder

I live in Lorain county and having a new house built and my sump pump crock is 2" to 3” above my basement floor and my builder says this is Ohio code . Also they put in a sealed crock for my furnace A Coil water which must go to my septic tank is this correct?? Or are they just adding more things to the price?

Thanks for your time

Never heard of a sump crock being above a floor. How is the water going to go into in from the floor end. You can easily check on this with a call to the inspector on that code. They are there for you too.

Can you explain this in more detail? The crock for the furnace should already have been there when the mason built the chimney if it's a masonry chimney..

Is this the " coil water" from the A.C. ( A coil ) on the Pelham for the condensation pump to pump to septic? More so then not that is pumped also to a sump pit or to an outside window. To septic is the best here.. Again check with the Plumbing inspector and he will set you straight. On all of this.. Then you can rest easier
