My wife bought a balloon pump online from England. It came with a 3 prong plug that which uses ac220-240V. Is there any way I can convert this plug so it can be used in a 110v plug. Or is there a British to us converter available.

There are british to USA style plug converter kits available but you will probably still have to use 240 volts for proper operation of the unit.. Look on Google.
