OK well I'm not really worried about my weight, I just want to know if it is healthy. I did the body fat percentage thing and it said I'm 22.5% body fat. My height is 5'5" and my weight is 142, and my waist is 29" and my bmi is 23.6. is this healthy for a 14 year old girl of my proportions?

OK, your 14 years old so I will try and keep this from getting well... odd.. LOL
First of all people say that 22% body fat is a bad thing, however I don't think it is always bad, you sound proportionate to me... and well here is the odd comments I was trying to stay away from, If you have large breasts, or "Ghetto Booty" then you are most likely perfectly proportionate. You sound comfortable with your weight and as long as you aren't doing anything unhealthy, then you will be just fine!

22% is actually normal.

If you want to decrease that number you can start by exercising more, eat healthier and sleep better.

Sounds right for your age.
Don't obsess about your body, unless you have a belly so big you can't see your toes, then you have a problem ;)

I was a rather chubby 14 year old (ok, I was fat) and I am now 23 and have a BMI in the lower end of the scale for my age.
Some teenagers have puppy fat which doesn't go until you are older.

I am sure you are perfect though, you percentage is right for your age.
And yes 36B is large for your age haha, be proud!

If you are really worried do what sarah said and start going for walks and make sure you get at least 8-10 hours of sleep a night.
Eating healthy will not only make you look good but it will make you feel good as well.

Well, I'm 5'9 and I weigh 142, but it also depends on if you are fat, or if you have a lot of muscle?

Sounds healthy to me. Keep in mind that girls generally weigh a bit more through puberty and into their early-mid teens. It's all part of being a girl. We have a LOT of changes that happen in just a few short years, so our bodies store up fat to fuel everything and provide the padding that's needed when we start to fill out. As your boobs grow and your hips widen the weight will shift itself out a little more. There's also still a chance you could grow another couple of inches in the next 5-6 years.

Just make sure to eat healthy and not worry too much about your weight. Being happy with yourself is a lot more important than being one of the size 2's they show in magazines and on TV.
