I was due to come on my period on the 6th June but never so I knew something was wrong I discussed this with my boyfriend and we decided to do a pregnancy test which came back positive. We did another one just to be sure it and was positive too. So I booked myself into the doctors and he did a test which didn't confirm the home tests 100per cent the line was vert faint and he said it wasn't clear enough and advised me to come back this week and do another so I've just rang the doctors and can't get an appointment to see my doctor until the 13july that's 3weeks away and I can't wait that long I need to know for sure if I am or not. I've been feeling very sick and have a weird feeling in my stomach. What can I do? If I went to the hospital is there anything they can do to confirm if I am or not? Please help!!

Did you read all the "Stickys" at the top of the topic list for this category? I am sure you will find your answer there!

Ring your doctor, or another doctor, for a blood test.

Ring your doctor, or another doctor, for a blood test.
I've rang my doctor and can't get to see him for three weeks, I can't see another doctor as I am not a registered patient with a different doctor that's why I need to see mine although I can't for 3 weeks. Can the hospital help me if I went? I had a miscarriage last year and I keep thinking that if I am its going to happen again... this is why I need to know for sure whether I am or not...

You can go to the hospital. But remember, most times you cannot prevent a miscarriage.

Thank you for the advice, where at the hospital do I go and what are they likely to do?
I know that nothing can be done to stop a miscarriage from happening I just feel that it was my fault.
If I am pregnant then I could be up to 10 weeks before I know for sure..

Many doctors will not see you until 13 weeks, so you are safe there. You can go to the ER, but don't expect much, as they are there for emergencies.
Just be sure you are treating your body as if you are pregnant, and be sure you are taking prenatal vitamins.

What different vitamins should I be taking?

Ask the pharmacist for the best prenatal vitamins they have. The only one that comes to mind for me is Materna.

The ER is really just for emergencies as was said, you don't need to use it to confirm a pregnancy. Try your local health department, planned parenthood, or a pregnancy center if you feel the need to have it confirmed, but if they use a urine test, they are most likely just as sensitive as what you can buy yourself.
If you want, try another test at home... maybe use a different brand so you can be assured it wasn't just some fluke on the brand you tried already. In most cases, if you get a positive, no matter how light the line is, as long as you read it in the time required on the test (read directions carefully), you are indeed pregnant.
You can find prenatal vitamins in your local supermarket. One of the main things to look for is at least 400 mcg of folic acid... which all with have, if not more.
If you do take another test and it shows positive, treat yourself as though you are until you see your doctor. Make any lifestyle changes you need to that you know are healthy... what you eat, drink, avoid cigarette smoke, etc..

Go to the er and tell them you haven't been feeling good and tell them you think you might be pregnant and the will do blood work to find out it may take a few hours to find out but its better than waiting 3w

Did you read Doula's note that the ER is not for confirming pregnancies, they are for handling emergencies.
