I was renting at an apartment complex and my rent was paid for the whole 6 months I rented. I had signed the agreement that after the 6month lease was up I would no longer choose to rent from them. My rent was paid for the whole time but 15 days before my move out date something happened at my place that made me move out within 24 hours. It was not a court ordered immediate move out and I was never taken to court for it. I am now trying to get my own place but that complex name is appearing on my credit report but not as an eviction. What should I say to them cause they want an explanation and how should I take are of this with the other complex? PLease answer me cause me and my son need a home!

What should you say to who?
I wouldn't bother trying to convince any other apartment complex of anything. If it is run by a property management company, you will probably be denied regardless of how good your story is.
What you need to do is remove it from your report. Why is it even on there? Were you ever late on rent? Do you owe them money? Maybe for damages after you moved out?
If it is legitimate, there may be nothing you can do. But if it is not supposed to be on your report at all, you can easily get it taken off. However, that could take 30+ days so you have to act fast!

Ok first do you owe the money?
Why did you move out, and did you give notice that you were moving, so that you did not owe them for the next month?
You can challenge the debt on the report,
