I watched this movie a while ago and I watched it on foxtel so I don't know what it is called.
It is about a girl who grows up in a foster family with her mentally ill mother and other foster children. She is raped and impregnated and finally gets the guts to run away with her birth mother and her new born son. However when she has started to build a life for herself her foster mother tracks her down. The woman (the girl grown up) starts a law suit against her foster mother...
There was also something about fires and how the foster mother would set houses on fire...
