My furnace and Air conditioner is not turning on and the LED light is not on or blinking. Do you think it is my blower or my circuit board

Check for power, the breaker and the switch. Turn the breaker off and back on. If this still does not work then there may be a small 3 amp car type fuse on your control board. That could be blown

The breaker at the main electircal panel is not popped and the 3 amp fuse is not popped. Also at the unit there is a burnt plastic smell

Might be your transformer. Do you have a volt meter?

So you don't think the circuit board is bad

I think you are right that it is the transformer because the smell is coming from that

Just pick a new one up and replace it, not to expencave. But be for you turn the power back on check the rest of the wiring, something burt it up. If you was running ac when it happened chack the contactor outside for the same smell.
