This movie came out in the mid 90's and I can't remember the name. It was about a dad missing his daughters ballet recital. On the way home from the recital,(its storming) the mom is driving the daughter home, when they get hit by a semi and the daughter dies. The daughter then tries to get her dad to come to the other side with her. I saw it on USA or a channel like that.

Im not sure that "They" is the movie. "They" is a Wes Craven movie that came out in 2002. The movie I'm looking for is older, unless that is the remake of a older movie.
