Hi all. I have been looking for the title of this movie now for several years. I am known for being able to find obscure information in the internet, but I am at a loss here...

So, the movie is a kung-fu movie about a villiage/group of villiages that gets ransacked by three 'super fighters', each mastering a specific branch of kung-fu (one as strong as a tank, another quick with hard (iron?) hands and a 3rd I can't remember). Anyway, three young boys are chosen to avenge the town(s) and go to a master to learn. He then teaches each boy one of the forms so they can 'fight fire with fire'

Now, from the training I can remember that the big strong guy is forced to eat eggs until he can do 100 finger tip push-ups without breaking an egg and when he finally gets it, he break the egg with his fingers because he is so strong. The one with the hard hands has to keep hitting wooden posts until he can knock out a hand print from the post.

This is not much to go on. I barely remember the final fight except that the strong buy ripped his opponants chest apart with his fingers and the 3rd guy (polearm?) held off an army while his two friends finished the act of revenge.

Now, there is a lot of information there and I still cannot figure out what this movie is called. Any help would be very much appreciated!
Thanks

Invincible Shaolin, I think.
Nan Shao Lin yu bei Shao Lin (1978) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077973/)

Well, I am not sure this is the right movie, but I will take a look at it. It sounds a lot more confusing then I remember, but childhood memories are always that way... will report back one way or another!
