Find and delete this file if it exists on your system, related to virus/tojan
Recommendation
DISABLE AND REMOVE csrcs.exe IMMEDIATELY. This process is most likely a virus or trojan.
The file that windows uses is csrss.exe not csrcs.exe
-first, click start, run and type msconfig
Hit enter
-Go to startup tab and look for anything relating to csrcs.exe and take check mark out and click Apply - Restart
-2nd, go to search and search all drives for csrcs.exe and if found, right click and delete
If not found, file is probably been already deleted but your computer is still trying to start it when you turn on your compouter
-So, if you take it out of startup as mentioned above - you should be fine

You should also scan your computer with MalwareBytes
Malwarebytes.org (http://malwarebytes.org/)
And I'd also recommend running CCleaner before running MalwareBytes to make sure that junk is actually gone from your computer:
CCleaner - Home (http://www.ccleaner.com/)
With CCleaner, you should also run a registry scan at least twice and delete anything that's found.
Both of these programs are free.
