The squeek is driving me nuts, but there is no grease fittings to grease the front end, and I am not sure how to get to the wheel bearings, any help would be great.

Bad wheel bearings don't squeak, they whine or humm. If the right front wheel bearing is bad, it should make even more noise, when you fully load it, by turning the wheel slightly to the left and back again on the freeway. I doubt the wheel bearings are bad.

My bet is that a front shock absorber is bad--consider installing new Monroe Gas Magnums. After that, check the ball joints--carefully examine all boots for rupture. Most truck suspension parts, however, are extremely tough and I doubt they are the problem, especially on such a new truck.

It is important to determine where the noise is coming from before replacing parts... unless you inspect the suspension and find obviously bad components.
Don't overlook sway bar bushings and control arm bushings. Both can squeek but do not have grease fittings.
If the noise is coming from one of these points, spraying the bushing with a lubricant while bouncing the vehicle can usually make the noise go away for a while. Eventually, you will probably want to replace the worn components.
