To whomever can help,

I was arrested for dui in Florida but I'm only down here for a couple months then I go back to ny on the 1st of July. I was just sentenced to 6 months probation ,fines,community service,and classes. Im supposed to be leaving in a couple weeks its misdemeander charge. Am I going to have trouble getting all that transferred to ny. And what are they going to ask of me? Please help thank you

There is no way that should be a MISDEMEANOR CHARGE you could have killed someone drinking and driving, jarret brookly. You were arrested for drinking and driving and I hope they throw the book at you when you get back up there.

Yes you are. If you can get it transferred in the short time you have under supervision, it ain't going to happen in two weeks. This is something that should have been built into your sentence. Your lawyer, if you had one, should have made those arrangements.

If you leave WITHOUT permission, you'll compound your troubles.

You needed of course to have that arranged with the court when you were sentenced.

You should get it transferred, but no way in two weeks. Maybe a month or two months, So don't plan on moving yet
