I have started a band to play some local coffee houses, and we were wanting some help brainstorming some ideas for a name. We play mostly cover songs acoustically. Thanks for your help!

Hi, Jeremy!
What are the instruments that you use in your band and how many members are there in your band, please?
Thanks!

Maybe your dream might come true someday, DrJizzle! :)
I like the name "The Bloody BandAids". Must be kind of a "healing" group, uh?

Music DOES heal the soul!
And when you say it with a British accent, it just sounds so cool

Hi again, jrk!
I have another question for you. Are these coffee houses that are located in churches or somewhere else, please? Most of the coffee houses around where I'm located are in churches.
Thanks!

Yeah, the type of music you will be playing and your target audience is key!
What about... the Jizzle Doctors?

"Altenweg" alone would be pretty awesome as a band name!
Of course, DrJ and the Altenwegs DOES have a nice ring to it ;)
(for some reason, EVERY time I try to hear someone announce a band name in my head, he ALWAYS has a British accent? What's with that?? )

Altenweg does have a nice ring to it, but it's not fun to spell and everyone will ask.
It does mean old way or old path in german. Just fyi.
Altenweg and the Dr. J's. We have to keep it alphabetical. ;)

Depending on the type of band and where they would play, Altenweg might be just fine for a name.
I own a harpsichord. If I were to start a Renaissance type of band, Altenweg would be a perfect name!
Thanks!

Altenweg (https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/members/altenweg.html) agrees: Aw, that's so sweet. I'd love a band named after me. :)
You're most welcome Altenweg! I think that you have a great user name!
Thanks!

I'm afraid I can't take any credit for those.. they are all bits and pieces on my computer screen.. and the ingredient list on a smoothie.
My daughter was looking for a lift into town and said there's just one minor detail.. ta da!
