I have file petition for my brother & his family who is Dubai since 1978. In Dec. 2006 I have filed I-130 for him and his family. I received approval of I-130 in May-6th-2009.

In approval notice they have mentioned that my brother case is transferred to National Visa Center and will take 90 days for further action -process.

Some of my friends told me that it will take further 9 to 10 years to get them visa. Anybody can say me what exactly time has been taken to get them immigrant visa.

Your valuable reply help my brother to manage his property in India.

Thank you

Khan.

Your brother is a FB 4th preference with a PD of 12/2006. Check the DOS visa bulletin for that preference and his country (all other chargeability areas) at Welcome to Travel.State.Gov (http://www.travel.state.gov). It should be about 10 years before the visas are available.

My dad don't remember the filing date and when was the I-130 was approved, so that I can compute how many years/months to deduct from my current age.. I need some help how to track history of our case . Is there any site ? Help please.. thanks
