Does the PC connect to the internet through the wireless?

MSN is just an application, if you can connect to internet on the PC, you should be able to use MSN.

If you can connect to internet and then may be issue with MSN itself.

What happens or message do you get when you try to sign on?

Is this PC connected to the wireless network and does it connect?

Did it ever work?

What have you tried so far?

Just as much info as can think of that will hopefully get some ideas of what to suggest.

first thing to do:

Start, run and type:
regsvr32 Softpub.dll
Hit enter

-Now do the same for the lines below one by one

regsvr32 Mssip32.dll

regsvr32 Initpki.dll

-After that is done, try to logon again to MSN to see if that helped

If that does not help, try following:

Try this:
> - Click start
> - Type: cmd
> - Right-click cmd.exe when it appears under Applications
> - Click Run As Administrator
> - Type the following: netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
> - Press enter
> - Restart your computer
