Hello my name is tm I am having trouble starting my civic. I swapped my d15b7 to a jdm d15b and I completed the swap but the car cranks and doesn't start. Do I need a different ecm. I was getting spark and now none. I changed the distributor and still nothing. I changed the main relay and the map sensor and still nothing now I have only two injectors working. I need to know if my ecu needs to be changed cause I have to upgrade anyway to pop vtec in. in need of help.

You need to have the ecm programmed for the engine in the car. Take the ecm out and take it to a dealership and see if they can reprogram it. If not, then you will have to buy an ecm for that engine/year. Good luck!!
