Hi,
My frined got into the difficult situation and don't knoow what to tell her, please help:-she's got a sister wo was allways vile to her, blaming Inesa ( my friend) for everything she has done in the past-20, 30 years ago ( inesa is 40 now). We all grow up doing nauty things, but my friend was not that bad as we grew up together and I can only say that she was usual child.. Newertheless, her sister and mother hated her ( I could see that, for they were negatively teasing inessa all the time, doing dishonest things to her and lying or gossiping about her to each other.. Inessa used to cry and they were even more happy-it was constant rutine while inesa was growing in the family). Now my inessa is 40 and still gets blame for nothing from both -sister( she was depressed, had nervous breakdown, wanted to commit suicide as she was all over guilt ridden for nothing )and 30 years passed by and mother and sister still cannot get enough of her.. recently her mother fell very ill and sister still does not stop to blame her and make her guilty for everything possible.. She even blamed her for the moms illness. So it got to the point where inessa scared me by slipping into some kind of trance and when I came round I thought she is going crazy-she was sitting and rockng in the chair silently talking to herself and prying to God to end all this misery for her... ( I imagine that it was too much for her-emotional and psychological bulying). So I stood by her that day to make her feel better. On the next day she sent her sister a text message saynig to her 'let all the pain and sorrow that you brought upon others to lend on your shoulders,-and be forsaken'.(With these words she meant everyone tha her sister might hurt in the past with the similar behaviur and of course she meant herself most importantly!). What happened after that ( she said to me) is that she started feeling like if the big, huge stone dropped suddenly from her shoulders..
The point is she now feels like she has woken up from all this pain and feels much stronger and better but is scared of the God, because she strongly believes in Goid and says that to forsake someone is a big sinn.I don't know what to advise to her, I said only that as long as she feels well after that it must be that all the pain she sent to her sister to carry on now..
Can you please advice my what else can I advise her?
Thnaks guys..

Sometimes you have to do what you need to for your own mental health and God understands that.
God doesn't want use to be victimized doormats to take never ending abuse. Sometimes severing yourself from a person may be just what it takes to get them to wake up.
She is doing the right thing and God knows her heart.
