Do women have prostate gland or not? I need to go to the beginning of this!! I always thought that a woman doesn't have one because she doesn't create semen? Or its undeveloped and not working, but then she would've undergone sexual transformation, testosterone~?

No, she doesn't have one.

Even Chastity Bono will not get one during her sex-change procedures, I don't think.

Female-to-male operations are less than optimal in technique because the ideal phalloplasty has not yet been described (The Chief Medical Consultant of this site is currently working on a new technique). Most phalloplasties are multi-stage and cause physical, temporal and economic inconvenience to the patient. Also, many phalloplastic penises are incapable of either sexual sensation or performance (we hope to be able to make both possible). Also, ultimate success is a function not only of operative results but also of social acceptance, partner availability and total rehabilitation.

Thank you! I think this subject can be debateble at times, but I have my doubts until proven other wise, this was new to me! I never thought of a woman to have a prostate, it seems impossible??

She certainly does not have one naturally, and would not need one after a sex-change operation since any fluids she produced would not go through the same adventures that male fluids do. The prostate is the male body's traffic light for urine and sperm, so he will not urinate when he ejaculates, and vice versa.
