My wife and I are retired and living in PA. If a credit card company files a judgement against us, can they freeze our bank account. The only funds being deposities are social security and a government pension.

While your social security is protected, once it hits the account, its still fair game. They can strip the entire account. I am not 100% positive your pension is safe either.
Best work out an arrangement with the CC company before its too late.

You MAY be able to forestall an attachment but informaing your bank that only protected income is being deposited.
