I have a door with 2 IMP self closing hinges on it but the door didn't come with them activated on it and I can't figure out how to get it I have the tools I just can't figure it out

Insert the correct size allen wrench in the top of the hinge barrel and turn counter clockwise to increase spring tension. Press down and allow wrench to turn clockwise to release tension.

Who do I remove the pins to remove the door on these IBP self closing hinges?

Pins are not removable. Have to take screws out of the jamb or the door.
