I have eye acne for 3 months now colud some one tell me what I can do

Do you mean Ocular Rosacea? If so, this could cause blindness.

Well I'm not to sure if it is acne but I got A bump on both eyes on my bottom eye lid, I hade something like that before but it went away after a week,I hade made an appointment to go see some one about it but it's only in 2 weeks!
So now their getting bigger and I don't know what to do, I just wanted to know if there is some way I can get rid of it myself.

It sounds like you might have styes. Call a doctor that can get you in for an emergency appointment. Your eyecare needs to be on the top of the list.

Are you an Optometrist or and Ophthalmologist? Then there's nothing that you can do yourself, you need to see a doctor.

Cool thank's for the help!! I was wondering do you know how it happens? Because I do MMA and I got hit in the eye, I hade got a bump from a black eye it went away, But a week later it came back, Do you think it could have been some dirt or something like that, That made the bump?
