I own a small business and trying to get into the REO trash out services for forclosures but not sure who to contact inside the bank. Any suggestions on who to contact and how to get started?

Hi, DFarrell!
How about going to the bank and asking them? I'm sure that someone at the bank would know. Talking to them in person and bringing some information concerning what you have to offer should also be helpful for you in landing a job doing the clean-outs.
What sort of specific work are you offering, please?
Thanks!

Thank for the response, in response to your question we offer a complete make ready package. We will go into and remove all debris and property left by the prior owner and make repairs and clean the property for the bank so that they can present the property for resale. We clean carpets, tile & grout, pressure wash and concrete scrubbing, windows, gutters, airducts, paint and patch drywall, etc.

Hi again, DFarrell!
Do you already have a flier and/or letter made up that you can give to people at the banks?
Also, have you done any advertising on the internet?
I've been contacted by a major company in renovation and clean-ups because of the ads that I've placed on the Internet.
Thanks!

Larger banks has an entire property management group and often smaller ones use a real estate broker to manager their properties

I have a web site and we are listed on REO-Vendors.com as well as localairductcleaning.com. I have fliers and brouchers as well as info packets that contain all the services we provide with a pricing guide to go with it. We have two different ones, for homeowners and the other for property managers.
