Please help me. My computer can't save the files that I download over the internet and I don't know why. Also, my friends tried sending me songs in Yahoo messenger but when it's almost complete, all of them stops. My cousin used this computer maybe a week ago and I don't know what he did with it. Please help me, I can't download games anymore.. T_T
