Hi, chuck varner!
Greetings and WELCOME to the site! I just moved your question that you had posted in Introductions to this forum topic area so that it will get the most exposure to those who are best able to answer it. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions there.
It can be a little confusing when first learning how to use this site! Your question will get noticed much more in this forum topic area.
We would appreciate it if you would return to Introductions sometime to tell us a little about yourself though, if you would be willing to do that.
Thanks!

That's great! And, I'm sure that someone well-versed with auto mechanics will eventually come along to address your question on a personal level.
Thanks!

. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:
https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/cars-trucks/faq-how-troubleshoot-repair-maintain-hondas-selected-other-vehicles-46563-3.html#post252145
. Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM):
AutoZone.com | Vehicle Selection | Year (http://www.autozone.com/autozone/catalog/parts/partsShelf.jsp?categoryDisplayName=Electrical+%26+ Lighting&fromType=parts&fromString=search&parentId=cat30065¤tPage=1&filterByKeyWord=control+module&isSearchByPartNumber=false&navValue=15700029&categoryNValue=15799999&fromWhere=&itemId=prod61183&displayName=Control+Module+-+Ignition&searchText=control+module)
ICMs (electronic points) are problematic and should be changed every 120,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first.
