Asalam o alaikum
One of my family member has signed divorce papers in pakistan.later the wife was pregnant.some aalim are saying divorce is done.. some are saying no... what to do now? Man is ready to take wife back to home..
My question is that signing paers means three divorces.. which is not allowed by islam at once.. or it will be considered as one and they can be together. If they can be together they have to do nikah or not?
Please help us!

Noshaziz, There are different opinion and it depends on sects. According to the Ahl-e-Sunnet Divorce is happened but according to the Ahl-e-Hadis they do not accept such divorce they say three time divorce should be in some gape. According to the Ahl-e-Tusheh they say that 2 competent witness necessary at the time of Divorce.
