View Full Version : Omega 3 or fefol tablets

Hi there, m pregnant but before conceiving I used 2 have Omega 3 fish oil tablets after breakfast and fefol (supplements of iron & folic acid) tablets after dinner. I wish 2 cut down and take 1 of these two, which one would you guys recommend, to some extend both are good but I don't want to take any risk with taking too many tablets.

You could stick with the Fefol and just get extra Omega 3 in your diet with some fish, walnuts, flaxseed, etc. Some foods are now fortified with Omega 3 as well.
You can also find some prenatal vitamins that will provide you with the iron, folic acid, and the omega 3 as well.
