I know this may be weird.. and I never claimed to be sane... I just wondered have you ever wanted to break out in song?? Just sing anything you want to say? I love musicals I just once want to in the middle of the store or doctors office to see if they would sing too... I have way too much time on my hands and am I weird that I love musicals?? :o

Hi, nitelight198073!
No, I don't think that you're weird! I direct a men's barbershop chorus, and we as individuals or as a group will break out into song just about anywhere!
Thanks!

If there is a long line of people waiting to check out at the library circulation desk, I try to get them to tell stories or sing. At least, the thought of that breaks into their impatience and makes them laugh.

I also work for a married couple who'll break into song with words, humming or whistling. This happens on a frequent basis. Neither of them are trained musicians.
Thanks!

Lol this reminds me of that scrubs episode 'my musical' I think it was, personally I think it would be classic to suddenly breakout into a song and everyone around you joins in for that song lol :D

My favorite musical is 'Joseph' and that was the one great thing about drama camps and high school musicals, when you were around others from the group, you could do that, just break out any one of the song around the other(s) and have a sing along...
If I do that now it is always a solo...
My daughter loves the 'High School Musicals' ;) At least we can break out in song together. :D

Can't do the High School Musicals anymore. My son brought in the parody "Epic Movie" and the lyrics keep getting confused now.

I Think it would be great if it happened somewhere. It probably never would but it would be something to experience in a life time.

Me and the kids do it all the time, usually triggered by the teenage drama of the day.
My daughter can whistle 'im singing in the rain' perfectly.
Its bizarre and cool all at the same time.

Why does the term "Bollywood" come to mind?
I may have the only soundtrack with direct segueways from Sinatra to Cruxshadows to Bonnie Raitt.
