Hello,
I was wondering if you can get a passport if you have a pending felony charge. I haven't went to court over the matter, and I do not know of any court order stating that I cannot leave the country. I haven't been convicted of the crime, so I was wondering if I could still obtain a passport.
Thank you

You are NOT a felon until you are convicted. You still have all you civil rights. If you do not have an order from the court stating that you are not to leave the country, then you can go where ever you would like. Just make sure you're back before your next court date, or there will be hell to pay.
