I really want curvy hips and a rounded bum... What do I do to get them without surgery? Help

Exercise.
Simple as that.
Squats, lunges, side crunches, pilates.. the list really goes on.
Just keep in mind that we have to work with what we have. Bodies are shaped differently as seen below:
