My refrig is running and in the freezer side I have ice on the back wall but it has stopped making ice and won't cool the fresh food side Help

I believe that your "damper", the door that allows air to move freely from the freezer, is stuck or has failed. The defrost timer or the defrost heater may be the ultimate cause of this.

I think you need to completely defrost your refrigerator. This may involve making sure that all internal passages are completely thawed. Then, turn it on again to see if that fixed it. If it isn't fixed, you may have to replace some or all of the damper, the defrost timer, the defrost heater.
