How about you start a draft of the letter here without putting in any contact information? I'm sure that there will be those of us here who'll be willing to give you suggestions as to how you might make improvements to it.

You know more about your business and what you'll want to accomplish by writing the thank you letter, so it would probably be best if you are the one to start the letter.
