Ok so last year my boyfriend got caught with 81 lbs of weed and has been doing everything the court has asked. He even got off on good time when he was in the work release program.
We got saved and decided to do things Gods way so we got married, and soon after found out I was pregnant.
Because of the ecomomy and lack of family support I moved back home, to Washington. My husband has applied for interstate transfer of probation and we are waiting to hear back from his Judge.
So here I am 8 months pregnant, unable to work till after the baby, praying he will be granted this by the judge. We plan on living with my parents to clean up our credit so we can buy a house for our family.
My question is if he was told he couldn't move till 2 of the 4 years on probation are up, do you think the judge may change his mind? Considering the situation...
