I have a well for the water in my home. I have no pressure the pump is in good working condition I took it to a repair shop they told me it was not my problem. I remember my dad having to prime the pump... but I never learned how.

That was a pretty interesting statement by the repair shop. I am assuming you mean there was no problem with the pump.
HD, the good news is this: priming a pump is pretty simple. You will see a plug (or possibly a pressure gauge) screwed into the top of the pump. Remove the plug, pour in water until it overflows, replace the plug, start the pump. However, be aware that there are other possible reasons for your pump not pumping. Try priming it. If that doesn't work, get back to us.
