OK, so this may get confusing but I hope someone can help.

So I had a problem before it kept coming up saying it was uable to find wininet.dll and would not start, so to solve this I downloaded wininet on another computer and brought it over to the computer with the problem hoping this would solve it.

But now on start up I get a blue screen with a error warning that's says winlogon.exe error and then the computer crashes. I've tried getting command prompt up in safe mode which gives me only a few minutes to type anything in before it then crashes.

Does anyone have any ideas or know how I could fix the problem?

I think you're in for a reinstall of your operating system. With all these errors, I'm sure that your operating system is totally corrupt.

If you have access to an XP cd (assuming you are using xp) you could do a repair isntallation

Repair Installation
A Repair Install will replace the system files with the files on the XP CD used for the Repair Install. It will leave your applications and settings intact, but Windows updates will need to be reapplied.

Perform a Repair Installation (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/helpandsupport/learnmore/tips/doug92.mspx)
