(microsoft Outlook)picture Attachments Gets Replaced With A X, Does Not Print Pictures

If your e-mail shows a Red X where pictures are supposed to be, then either the pictures are being blocked by your security settings or there is a broken link in the e-mail. If the latter have the sender send as an attachment.

Do you see a yellow bar at the top of the email window? It's probably asking you to allow the download of the images or to add the Sender to your safe list.
