Your doctor is the best one for that since he already knows your history and has done a physical exam.

I will say that stress will either cause you to miss your period, or your period to be excessive.

You need to provide as much info as possible. Your question was very vague and it is hard to answer this way. Please provide more so we can help some more.

Yes you do get your period longer when you are stressed. Try taking time to yourself and clear your mind

Some women have their cycle longer when stressed, some do not get it at all.

Are you on any birth control? If so, what kind and for how long?

The more info you can give the better we can help.

I have been concerned with my cycle for a couple months. I went on yasmin birth control about 4 months ago and for 3 of them I decided to take them nonstop so I wouldn't get my period. But the third month I got a light period and it lasted a month. I actually got off the birth control cause I really didn't like how it made my body feel. So now I'm off and keep getting periods on and off each week... this is the third week it has happened. Is it just trying to adjust and readjust?? I'm scared cause my aunt had her period for a month and then stopped getting it and now she in infirtile. Is that a possibility for me??
