We have a Goodman Heat Pump and AC unit (Heat Pump Model No. ARUF032-00A-18, Serial No. 0504774238, Part No. 1431010) & (Outside unit Model No. CPLT30-1B, Serial No. 0506041289, Part No. SR1414028), and the Thermostat is RHEEM Part No. 20804-15).The problem is when I turned it on tonight there was nothing (I am not exactly sure if it kicked on for a few min. or not). I just know that when I got up the temperature was still too close to what it was when I turned it on it has not turned on. When I changed it over to Heat to see if it would come on NOTHING, when I turned it off and put the Fan in the ON position NOTHING. Could it be Frozen / locked up or a blown fuse causing this? What could cause this to happen? We changed our filters every 3 months it worked perfectly fine during the winter, and we have not been using it since it has gotten warmer. We have not needed to until now. Can someone please tell me how to fix this or if it sounds like it is going to be an expensive problem to fix?

Check to be sure all circuit breakers are on. Then check to be sure the thermostat is set correctly. If the unit still does not work and the blower will not turn on in the on thermostat position then it is possible you have a low voltage control transformer on the blink. To check that you will need a meter and know how to use it. Below is a parts diagram. It does not show a fuse in the inside of that unit but it will not hurt to check for a fuse in the inside unit. Turn power off before you start looking for the fuse.If there it will probably be located on the circuit board and be 3 to 5 amp automotive style.
