To my boss told me that another boss and some managers were discussing my hearing and that it was the second time it was brought up at a meeting. She wanted documentation that I was wearing my hearing aids and discussed this with other managers. Although I have never discussed it with my boss is this a violation of hippa policy

First, its HIPAA. Second, unless your boss is a doctor and is discussing it with people, it is not HIPAA.

It might still be violating your rights if your hearing is not a workplace concern, but other than that, its not HIPAA.

HIPAA governs what medical practitioners and their associates can say and do.
