Help! I cannot download anything from anywhere- all I get is the following error message: "Internet Explorer cannot download (file info ) from (file info. com),,,, Internet Explorer was not able to open this internet site. Requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later." I can't figure it out!

Here are some ideas. If none of them works, post back.

Be sure and reset Internet Explorer to its defaults (TOOLS | INTERNET OPTIONS | Advanced tab | Reset Button).

You can also download FireFox and use that instead of Internet Explorer

IE is your only browser, yes? If not, try another one. There may be some issues with the security settings on the browser, so that would be a recommend. I'd offer more direct assistance, but the TOS folks here, as well as other techs, seem to not like the idea of actual interaction with the folks with issues.
