Hi. I was arrested the other day. I don't want my name in the paper. How would I go about doing this?
Thanks.

You would go back in time and not get arrested.

Yeah. Thanks for the sarcastic answer, head.
Any REAL answers?
This is kind of a serious issue for me, and it would help a TON if there was a way to bypass this.

It IS a real answer. There is no way to avoid this. An arrest record is a public record and a newspaper has every right to print it. There is nothing you can do about it.
Nothing.
I get that it's a serious issue for you. But apparently not serious enough to not break the law.

There's really not. It's a matter of public record.

Judging from your other thread, is it safe to guess that the reason you don't want it in the paper is because you don't want your parents to find out?
Cause you are a minor... one of them will have to come to court with you.

I would highly suggest talking to your parents, they will eventually find out about all of this, don't let it be too late for them to assist.
Crime = punishment, your parents were children once, time to confront them, accept your consequences and learn from the experience.
